How NOVERA Group s.r.o. handles personal data on this website. The site does not track you, and the only personal data it receives is what you choose to send us through the Contact page.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
01Who is responsible
NOVERA Group s.r.o. is the controller of the personal data described in this policy, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data. Our registered details are shown alongside this policy. You can write to us about anything in it at info@novera.sk.
02What this website collects
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. Its fonts and images are served from our own server, and it embeds nothing from other sites.
We receive personal data only when you send an enquiry through the Contact page: your name and email address and, if you give them, your organisation, your position, the subject and the message you write. The language of the page you wrote from is added so that we can reply in it.
Like any web server, ours handles your IP address in order to deliver pages to you. The application uses it, in memory only and for at most ten minutes, to limit how many enquiries can be sent from one connection; it does not write it to its logs. Our hosting environment may keep standard server access logs for security and troubleshooting.
To open the site in your language, the server reads your browser's language setting and, where our hosting provides one, the country it derives from your connection. It uses them only to choose the language of the first page you see, and stores neither.
03Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry. Where the enquiry concerns a contract with us, or steps you ask us to take before one, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in answering correspondence addressed to us, Article 6(1)(f).
- To protect the website against abuse. Limiting repeated submissions and keeping server logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available, Article 6(1)(f).
We make no decisions about you by automated means, and we do not build profiles.
04Who receives it
Your enquiry is delivered by email to NOVERA Group s.r.o. through our email service provider, which processes it on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell personal data or pass it to anyone for marketing. We disclose it to a public authority only where the law requires us to.
05Transfers outside the European Economic Area
We do not transfer your enquiry outside the European Economic Area ourselves. If a provider acting for us processes it outside the EEA, that transfer is made only under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
06How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and any correspondence that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange. If the enquiry leads to a contract, it is kept for as long as the law requires us to keep contract and accounting records.
07Your rights
You have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, and to have it corrected or erased; to restrict how we use it; to receive it in a portable form; and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@novera.sk and we will reply within one month.
You may also complain to the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
08Do you have to give us your data?
No. Your name, email address, subject and message are needed only so that we can answer you through the form. You are free to write to us by email or call us instead.
09Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
